Mr. Allen is the Chief Executive Officer of RWA Financial Services, Inc. located in Austin, Texas. His professional experience measures 33 years in farm marketing. Growing up in rural Iowa, Mr. Allen has been involved in merchandising and commodity analysis. RWA’s producer/rancher clients span 15 US states. RWA is a long-recognized leader in agricultural market planning and risk management. Mr. Allen is regularly featured at state banking associations, national agricultural organizations, universities. He has been a faculty member for the Universities of Colorado and Wisconsin Graduate Banking Schools and Mexico’s Banking Institute in Mexico City as well as holding a certificate of Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Program and the Risk Management Curriculum at the John F. Kennedy School of Government in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In addition to each of the above-mentioned duties, Mr. Allen is a Bible teacher, a board member of the Salvation Army, and member of the National Rural Health organization located in Montana. Spring Rain was placed on Randy's heart to assist the spiritual needs of his farm client customers. The ground can become barren for producers facing extreme conditions in the business of farming. Being placed at odds with nature and the world's economy can be very draining on the farmer's spirit. Encouragement and wisdom are the dual purposes for the organization: a Spring Rain, you might say, for the parched and thirsty -- the heart and soul of man.
